THE CASSO NOTARIAL OFFICE & THE REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATION
The CASSO Notarial Office offers a real estate negotiation-sale service in line with its values: the notary, as a public and ministerial officer, is not intended to make real estate negotiation an essential activity of his office. He must render a service in specific cases and in particular circumstances, to facilitate the procedures for his clients.A sales mandate will therefore be entrusted to the CASSO Notarial Office when the following conditions are met:
- the notary and the seller choose the sale value in perfect agreement,
- the seller wishes exclusively to entrust his property to the notary for a short time,
- and the seller agrees to limit this mandate of sale to six months, not renewable, with some exceptions.
