The dialogue & communication service

The dialogue and communication service is an innovation in the notarial sphere.

Not to be confused with mediation-arbitration - widespread in contentious matters - the dialogue and communication service offered by the CASSO Notarial Office allows a detailed analysis of a pre-litigation or difficult situation.

It allows a different light of the difficulty in a more human dimension than the only legal or financial dimension. It focuses on the in-depth communication of the parties involved in the case.

Each case is the subject of preparatory work between clients, their notary, the clerks in charge of the case, and the communication and dialogue expert.

Only CASSO Notarial Office clients' have access to this exclusive service.
