THE NOTARIAL OFFICE
Located in Burgundy, in the district of Saône-et-Loire, in the heart of the Charolais and Brionnais, on the circuit of Romanesque churches, along the course of the Loire river, in the towns of Paray-le-Monial, Marcigny and Iguerande, the CASSO Notarial Office is the continuation of a long succession of notaries.
The notarial deeds and files of Maître GAULARD, DUMONTET, CHAMBON, TIXIER, MONNERET, DESPIERRES, and of notaries having practiced in Charolais-Brionnais are kept there for nearly 200 years. The oldest document is a will dating from 1720.
The main office is located in PARAY-LE-MONIAL, and its two annexes, in MARCIGNY and IGUERANDE.
Entirely independent, the CASSO Notarial Office is a member of the NotaLis Network, which purpose is the sharing of excellency and legal knowledge between notaries, and the improving of the cooperation between them.

- the signing of electronic authentic acts remotely (between two notary offices);

The French and foreign notaries of the NotaLis Network help each other whenever necessary, or to cooperate in the context of international legal debates.
